Operations Analyst

About the Role

Dwight Funding is looking for a motivated and experienced Operations Analyst to join the company and work alongside the Portfolio Team. The Operations Analyst will work to guide the standardization and continuous improvement of Dwight Funding’s processes. The Ideal candidate is a task-oriented individual who prides themselves in their methodical organization, logistical problem solving and strong work ethic.

Role Responsibilities

·       Assist in the capture, entry, and management of data systems

·       Analyze and monitor client collateral and KPIs

·       Reconcile bank statements

·       Help develop process workflows

 

Qualification and Skill Requirements

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

·       3+ years of experience in operations, accounting, or database systems

·       Working knowledge of Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow analysis

·       Working knowledge or experience working with databases

·       Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once while prioritizing effectively

·       Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required

·       Excellent communication and organization skills

·       Desire to work on a small team

Head of Investor Relations

Split role between Dwight Securities Management, Dwight Capital, & Dwight Funding

Dwight Bridge Fund, LLC (“DBF”) is an actively-managed debt fund specializing in the origination, financing and placement of short-term loans across a variety of commercial real estate asset classes.

 

About the Role

This role offers the unique opportunity to take your experience to the next level working for three growing companies in different industries.  The companies are separate entities but share investors and office space. Dwight is looking for a motivated Head of Investor Relations to spearheads the companies’ investor strategy, manage external relationships and lead relevant research in the investor community. This will be a highly visible position for an individual who demonstrates strategic analytical thinking, creativity, effective communication skills and collaboration. The ideal candidate is a confident relationship driven individual, with strong work ethic and an extensive network established within small and multifamily offices.

Role Responsibilities

·       Serve as the primary spokesman for the Company by communicating the Company’s financial and operational performance and business outlook to current and potential investors

·       Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework attuned to each company

·       Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent, accurate and clear communication

·       Responsible for creating and delivering all investor relations materials, including quarterly earnings, annual reports, 10-K

·       Responsible for working with the Marketing team to create marketing materials for investor conference and roadshows

 

·       Analyze and present financial trends, market activity, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, manage investor relationships and all other factors that could impact the business

·       Work with legal counsel to ensure compliance on regulatory matters

 

Qualification and Skill Requirements

·       A Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance or accounting. MBA preferred but not required.

·       3-8 years of experience fund raising experience; with particular focus in the small family office space

·       Proven experience dealing with Investors and a strong track record of creating positive relations with the investor community

·       The demonstrated ability to communicate business strategies and complex financial information clearly and accurately to a variety of audiences both orally and through written material

·       Strong understanding of SEC laws and securities disclosure requirements, as well as filing requirements

·       Intimately familiar with financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors

·       A strong understanding of macroeconomics, capital markets trends, competitor activities, industry dynamics, and customer trends

·       Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment, manage priorities and meet specific deadlines

·       Has superb written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to draft engaging and impactful messages for inspiring employees and investors

·       Attention to detail, accuracy and reliability with a drive for continuous improvement

·       High degree of independent judgment and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information;
