Ben co-founded Dwight with the vision of creating a finance company made for today’s generation of businesses and entrepreneurs. Prior to Dwight, Ben was a Director at FGI Finance where he led hundreds of ABL transactions and grew his team’s presence throughout the US, UK and beyond. Ben graduated with a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business. When he’s not working, Ben is a man of many hobbies and passions including snowboarding, photography, and most notably, coffee.

Dan co-founded Dwight with the mission of re-thinking the lending experience for growing businesses. Dan continuously draws from his experience in traditional ABL and at JP Morgan to make this mission a reality. Previously, he graduated with a B.S. in Finance with honors from Yeshiva University where he was captain of the varsity tennis team. In Dan’s spare time, you’ll find him on the tennis court and at home, spending quality time with his family.

Jessica leads Dwight’s Business Development team, which is focused on building and nurturing relationships with the best brands in the space, as well as the network that supports them. Prior to her work at Dwight, Jessica was a Director of Strategy and Partnerships at a fintech lender, while previously she raised private debt and equity capital for companies globally in the Investment Banking Division of Barclays Capital. Jessica graduated with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce. When she’s not on back-to-back calls or traveling to industry conferences, Jessica can be found running on the West Side Highway in NYC or dining at up-and-coming restaurants with great friends.

Jon spearheads Dwight’s underwriting efforts, guiding prospective clients through the due diligence process and structuring deals so that they make sense for everyone involved. Before joining Dwight, Jon spent nearly a decade in investment banking and asset-based lending. When he’s not analyzing financial statements, Jon spends most of his time watching hockey, going to the gym and eating Chipotle.

As a Dwight Developer, Mike handles all things tech and process automation from BD to Portfolio, making life more efficient for us and our partners. Mike graduated from NYU Stern with a major in business, concentrating in Finance and Computer Science. When he’s not coding, Mike loves to travel, exercise and spend time with his family and friends.

Todd is a trusted advisor to Dwight’s portfolio companies, focused on building long-term relationships, understanding client business needs, and helping to develop solutions to achieve their goals. Before joining Dwight, Todd spent five years at Prudential Financial, where he gained a broad range of experience from investment management to Corporate Development and M&A. Todd is also a CFAⓇ charterholder. Outside of work, Todd loves scouting out the best new restaurants in NYC and being active - between golf, basketball, biking and hiking, he does it all.

Lauren drives Dwight’s social media and marketing efforts, and supports business development operations. Before joining Dwight, she worked as a Partnerships and Experiential Activation Coordinator for a boutique marketing agency in her hometown of Los Angeles. Lauren graduated from Tulane University’s Freeman School of Business with B.S. in Marketing and Business Management. In her free time, Lauren enjoys exploring New York City with her girlfriends.

As Dwight Funding's Financial Analyst, Matt leverages his experience in consumer retail, corporate finance, and data analysis to support credit and portfolio management. Matt's previously worked at SEI and Tapestry; he also holds a B.S in Finance from Elon University. In his free time, Matt enjoys exercising, enjoying the city's green space, and spending time with family and friends.

As a member of Dwight’s underwriting team, Jesse is responsible for client due diligence and deal structuring. Prior to joining the Dwight team, Jesse was a Credit Analyst in JPMorgan's investment bank with a focus on covering hedge funds. He graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Finance. In his personal life, Jesse is an avid Philly sports fan who's hobbies include exploring restaurants throughout all five boroughs, exercising, and spending time with friends.

As Relationship Manager for Dwight's portfolio, Madeline taps into her passion for CPG to advise, assist and optimize the experience of our clients. Before joining the Dwight team in 2022, Madeline spent over three years at S&P Global Market Intelligence, where she worked through the commercial organization to become a Relationship Manager for capital markets clients. She graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration and Politics from Washington & Lee University. In her spare time, Madeline enjoys exploring NYC's vibrant restaurant scene, taking long walks with friends, and trying out new workout classes.

Jonathan is a Software Engineer at Dwight Funding, responsible for building and optimizing the company's tech stack. Prior to joining Dwight, Jonathan worked at an E-Commerce startup developing scalable and efficient solutions in the marketing tech space. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a BSE in Computer Science. Outside of work, Jonathan is an avid stationary biker and painter; he also enjoys rooting for the Celtics and Bayern Munich.

Gabby is a Credit Analyst on Dwight's underwriting team, supporting client due diligence and deal structuring. Prior to joining Dwight, Gabby worked as an Investment Banking Associate in Piper Sandler's Leveraged Finance group. She graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Cognitive Science and a minor in Entrepreneurship from UCLA. In her free time, Gabby enjoys exploring New York's art and music scene, thrifting, and playing pickleball.

As Director of Business Development, Rachel is passionate about partnering with founders navigating exciting periods of growth through tailor-made financing solutions and relevant introductions to her broader network of investors and service providers. Prior to joining Dwight, Rachel supported and advised emerging Venture Capital fund managers at Carta, while previously she raised debt capital for companies globally in the Global Capital Markets division of Morgan Stanley. Rachel graduated with a B.S. in Information from the University of Michigan’s School of Information, specializing in User Experience Design. In her free time, she loves to explore New York City, eat good food, and get active. 

As the Product Manager for Dwight’s in-house platforms, Abby is responsible for implementing the advanced tech features and process automations that make Dwight's funding experience seamless and elevated for its portfolio companies. Before joining the Dwight team, she channeled her passion for designing intuitive user experiences as a Product Manager for Morgan Stanley’s Alternative Investments platforms. Abby graduated from the University of Michigan with a BS in Information Science, and loves to travel, go to the movies, and spend time with her friends and family.

As Director of Business Development, Anna is passionate about building, strengthening and maintaining relationships with brand leaders, investors, and service providers. Prior to joining Dwight, Anna worked with institutional equity-backed consumer brands at JPMorgan's Disruptive Commerce team, helping them with commercial banking and debt financing needs. She also spent time leading Business Development at Cartograph, an Amazon-focused e-commerce consulting agency for CPG brands. Anna started her career at Goldman Sachs where she spent over 4 years between Credit Risk and Institutional Asset Management. She graduated with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from SUNY Binghamton. In her spare time, Anna is exploring New York, playing tennis and checking out any and all farmers markets and book stores.
